Welcome to the website of the Chicago Metro Chapter of the

National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers.   

NAIFA is an international organization of professional real estate appraisers committed to the support of its members, for a service of trust and integrity, that benefits the members, the profession and the general public.
 
We have developed a website that is specific to our regional membership. Currently the Chicago Chapter's membership is composed of real estate appraisers from throughout the Chicago and Northeastern Illinois area.  We have a very active chapter with several luncheon meetings and educational offerings throughout the year.
 
 
We all want to express our best regards to Mike Harris, IFA, as he recovers from his recent health issues. Come back Soon, Mike!
